Spring into Summer this year with a headstart! Get results with our 3 week intensive challenge!
Our Wellbeing Fitness Spring into Summer Challenge begins every year in September. It involves 3 weeks of physical fitness training and 1 week of preparation, wellbeing & health advise and wrap up.
Dates to diarise:
Wed 3rd Sept 09 - Challenge Preparation: Here your starting platform is determined, you'll receive your Wellbeing Fitness training shirt and your wellbeing & health plan of attack pack.
Mon 7th Sept 09 - Week 1 training commences
Mon 14th Sept 09 - Week 2 training commences
Mon 21st Sept 09 - Week 3 training commences
Wed 30th Sept 09 - Challenge Wrap Up: Your progress from the last 3 weeks is measured, and importantly you'll receive information on how to maintain your results for the summer.

Preparation and Wrap Up: Port Hacking Community Hall (184 Gannons Road, South Caringbah)

Who should participate:
Theses challenges are for those who need to kick-start their fitness and health regime. Whether you are just starting out or you need that boost, your trainer will teach you proper technique for exercises and will modify the training sessions dependant upon your level.
To keep you on track for the 3 weeks there will be homework for you to carry out, a food diary to complete and consistent motivation from your trainers in person and via email & sms.
Cost:
$60 - if only training 1/week
$145 - unlimited training for the 3 weeks
