1. All payments must be made prior to a session / event time.
2. Payments are either upfront or monthly (with the exception of casual class attendance).
3. Fees are dependent on the package or pack purchased. No two specials can be packaged together.
4. Payment methods include:

a)    Cash

b)    Credit Card (for online purchases only)

c)     Cheque (made payable to Wellbeing Fitness)

d)    Direct Debit (please indicate this method preference and a form will be sent to you to complete)

e)    EFT: Bank: First Option Credit Union ; Acc Name: Wellbeing Fitness ; Acc No: 100628 ; BSB: 802 876; Please ensure your identification details are included.

5. General Cancellations:

a)    If the service has not yet commenced and you cancel within 7 days of purchasing the service refunds will be made under the conditions of the Refund Policy.

b)    One week's notice is required prior to ending a current pack or package.

c)     Any service cancelled within 24 hours will result in the service being forfeited at the customers expense. 

6. Special Additional Cancellation Provisions:   Cancellations for Gold, Silver and Bronze packages are as follows:

a)    Monthly payment plan- any unused sessions within a monthly payment plan will not be refunded. There will not be any future monthly payment obligations provided the first month's payment was received.

b)    Upfront payment plan - unused full months will be refunded. Any unused sessions within the month of cancellation will not be refunded.

7. Special Additional Cancellation Provisions:  Cancellations for Personal Training; Classes; Workshops; Coaching  and alike services are as follows:

a)    Any unused sessions within the monthly payment plan will not be refunded. There will not be any future monthly payment obligations.

8. Cancellation for corporate or other events may attract a cancellation charge due to circumstances including but not limited to individual venue cancellation policies up to a maximum of 50% of the service cost (regardless of refund granted).
9. If we cancel a service due to execution of our rights, there will be no refund granted (Refer to the Refund Policy). Cancellation fees will apply as per above.
