A common misconception is that you must be a member of a gym in order to carry out your fitness regime.  But sometimes its cheaper and quicker to workout at home...

 

Cheap alternatives to the gym include walking indoors or outdoors. In terms of equipment, a great starting point is as follows...

 

 

 Indoor Equipment Outdoor Equipment 
 Fitness Ball  Skipping rope
 2.5-5kg dumbells  Markers / Cones
 Your own body weight  Your own body weight
