Get stuck into soups

 

Brrrrr.....here in Sydney Australia we are experiencing some mighty cold weather. 

What better way to get through the bitter day than with a hearty winter soup. They are nutritionally so good for you; being high in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, low in fat and if you add some meat like chicken your adding you've got your protein too.
