can sign up to the challenge of a month long sponsored abstinence from
alcohol. The funds raised from participants' sponsorship directly benefit
the lives of adults living with cancer right across Australia.'
It's your chance do something great for yourself and, at the same time to help those in need.
Also, we are blessed to have Jim Robertson tell us about his 'Dry July Journey'. Jim's weekly blog will be posted on our website.

With my calendar cleared so I concentrate on clients Personal Training sessions, I am here at your disposal. Book in for that 'get me up and going' session, or for a super blast to your exercise regime, book 2 or 3 sessions per week for July.
Whatever gets you moving... jump on board now.

3. Eat healthy foods
Staying clear of those chocies, fattening pastries and heavy creamy pastas, we need you to focus on eating healthy foods. Here are your healthy eating tips:
- Lets clear the air up front... zero junk food and chocolate
- Cut down fat intake
- Kickstart your day with a super duper breakie such as Porridge with skim milk and a piece of fruit
- Eat 6 healthy meals per day (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and an after dinner healthy snack)
- Drink 1-2 litres of waters per day
- Eat 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables each day
4. Do something special for you.
It's amazing how quickly time flies, and before long you'll realise that you've gone through a whole year without any treats for yourself. Now's the time to do something special for yourself, something rejuvenating, something de-stressing! Here are some of our favourites:
- Get a massage
- Have that facial or skin pampering treatment you've been putting off
- Catch up with a good friend
- Have a romantic evening with your partner.....(do something out of the ordinary!)
- Book a weekend retreat
- Set aside a whole day for your favourite things...maybe a beach walk, followed by a cappuccino at your favourite cafe then an afternoon with a great book.
So what's next..... take action now... START TODAY!
A great way to keep on track and importantly accountable, is to keep a log of your daily food intake and your daily exercise regime.
If you have any queries about the above or are needing some inspiration or motivation, please contact us . We'd be delighted to help you have your best July ever!
