Moderate alcohol - moderate means generally 1 standard drink for women and 2 standard drinks for men. Note, that if there is history of alcohol related illnesses or addictions, its not recommended to drink at all).

Fruit and vegetables - minimum of 5 servings a day. In Australia the recommendation is 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables per day. Go for colour, and variety!
